Neurological Surgery

Welcome to the Web site for Fernando Delasotta, M.D., F.A.C.S., a board certified neurological surgeon specializing in the treatment and surgery of the brain, spine and peripheral nerves. Dr. Delasotta has more than 20 years of practice in the South Jersey area. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.

As an expert in the field of neurological surgery, Dr. Delasotta is required to have an extensive education, including continuing educational courses. Neurosurgeons can assist with problems ranging from brain tumors to carpal tunnel syndrome to all spine-related problems including cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine disorders. To make an appointment, Please Call 609-927-1000. If you have any previous test results including (MRIs, Cat Scans, Myelograms, EMGs, X-Rays, Discograms). Please have the results faxed  to our office as soon as possible at 609-653-6852.  If you have an appointment and need to cancel, Please give us a 24 notice so we can offer that appointment to another patient. If you are given an appointment but need to be seen sooner, we will make every effort to accommodate you.

Insurance Accepted

We handle many different types of insurance including:

• Workers Compensation
• Motor Vehicle Accidents  (PIP Insurance)
• Most Health Insurance Plans

If we are non-participating in your plan but you have out of network benefits, you are also welcome to get treatment here.  Please call if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.  We will make every effort to help you, however, you can also call your insurance company to inquire about seeing us.
